Job description
Responsibilities
• In process Inspection in Injection Moulding dept.
• Match the customer requirement of product according customer specification
• Extra material will not hold according to Daily production plan
• Without Identification Tag/Batch No. - Material not acceptable in Moulding area
• Having a knowledge of sample testing
• Maintain records of in process stage of moulding area
• Data collection rejection of material.
• Conduct measurement system analysis
• Ensure m/c cleaning on daily basis before production start
• MIS reporting
• In process inspection reporting from Extrusion area
• Product inspection from Automation
• Having a knowledge of SAP

Qualifications
• Diploma in plastic processing
• You have 3+ years of injection moulding engineering experience, preferably in the automotive industry & Medical device manufacturing
• You have demonstrated experience to analyse and solve injection moulding problems as an Engineering
