Quality Assurance Lead | Seed Manufacturing

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead - Seed Manufacturing to join our team at CSL Seqirus. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating or leading investigations in Quality and other loss control incidents in Seed Manufacturing, ensuring compliance with Seqirus guidelines and policies, and managing KPIs including reporting for Seed Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the consistent attainment of company standards in relation to GMP, including right-first-time execution, accurate data, timely close out of Deviation Reporting (DR's), Corrective and Preventative actions (CAPA), Change Control, aseptic practices, and housekeeping standards.
Support the MS&T function with resources for activities such as virus reassorting and pilot plant runs as required.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

Degree level desirable in technical scientific subject or demonstrated competence in similar roles.
Substantial industry experience with extensive knowledge of cGMP.
Experience in aseptic cleanroom environments.
