Role Description

The LIC Freelance Advisor role involves identifying prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable life insurance policies. Responsibilities include generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing clients with ongoing support and guidance. Freelance Advisors enjoy the flexibility of working remotely and independently, with the opportunity to manage their own schedules while earning competitive commissions.

Qualifications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze and understand clients' needs to suggest suitable insurance plans
• Sales and marketing experience or enthusiasm for financial services
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products is an asset but not mandatory as training will be provided
• Educational qualification: High school diploma or higher
• Customer service orientation and a commitment to building lasting relationships

Experience -2 years minimum in the same role

Salary - 40-45k 

Shift - 3:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Call Audits & Quality Control: Regularly monitors and audits telesales calls to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards are consistently met.
• New Starter Support & Induction: Actively supports the onboarding process by helping with product training and induction for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform in their roles.
• SSM Campaign: Assists with the SSM campaign by working on appointment setting for the sales team, helping to drive engagement and improve booking rates.
• Sales Reporting: Managing and maintaining accurate sales reports, providing visibility on performance metrics, and helping inform strategic decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
