Work Experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 12 years in software project management, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
