Job description: Job Responsibilites
• Undertake requirement management with client to define and decide the scope of work.
• Estimate effort and timelines for the project.
• Project planning, scheduling, reviewing/monitoring.
• Manage project budgets and ensure project profitability.
• Define and communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team.
• Allocation and review/monitor tasks for the team.
• Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the project.
• Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables.
• Motivate and lead project team including setting & reviewing goals/KPAs/ targets.
• Finalizing appropriate SMEs for content.
• Work with functional teams for resource projections, planning, delivery schedules.
• Participate in key discussions with functional team leads and clients.
• Create and report reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes and standards.
• Support Sales team for solutioning, proposals.
• Entire project Management for E learning content.
• Envolves in entire cycle of content, Content delivery to the clients
Skills
• Financial - Deviation from planned expense
• Customer - Able to deliver results as per customer requirements , High customer satisfaction(CSS)
• Internal Process - Meeting planned effort , reduce rework , adherence to project , complete the training as per the requirements.

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience

Minimum 7 years to Maximum 10 years

Experience into E Learning Project Management and handling.
