– Order Management & Fulfillment
– Inventory Coordination
– Supplier & Logistics Communication
– After-Sales Claims & Refund Processing
– PO Handling, Cancellations, Invoice Matching
✅ What we're looking for:
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in SCM / Operations / Claims
• Strong coordination skills across stores, hubs, suppliers, CCC, and logistics
• Knowledge of SO, PO, credit notes, cancellations, and SAP (preferred)
• Good communication and email handling skills
• Ability to manage TAT, quality, and exceptions in a dynamic environment

About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
A. Operational leadership & target achievement:
1. Own and deliver monthly inspection targets across 8 cities.
2. Oversee execution of high-ticket projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
3. Directly manage high-profile client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
B. Process & systems management:
1. Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, and systems.
2 Standardise workflows across cities to ensure consistency, efficiency, and accountability.
3 Build reporting dashboards for inspections, project delivery, and service metrics.
C. Team management & leadership
1. Lead a multi-tiered team structure:
a. 4-5 Assistant Managers (city/region-level oversight).
b. 40 Inspection Engineers (on-ground inspections).
c. 20 Service Partners (execution & service delivery).
2. Set performance standards and ensure 80%+ of the workforce consistently meets KPIs.
3. Build a culture of discipline, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
D. Hiring, training & development:
1 Oversee hiring & onboarding of Inspection Engineers and Assistant Managers.
2 Run training programs on technical knowledge, customer handling, and inspection quality.
3 Develop career progression paths to retain high performers.
4 Regularly audit skill gaps and launch upskilling initiatives.
E. Quality assurance & client satisfaction:
1 Ensure inspection quality, reporting accuracy, and timely project completion.
2 Monitor customer feedback loops; resolve escalations quickly.
3 Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) and customer retention programs.
4 Conduct periodic audit inspections to validate quality standards.
F. Performance management:
1 Implement PMS (performance management system) across team and partners.
2 Monitor KPIs: inspections per engineer, conversion to projects, client satisfaction scores, SLA adherence.
3 Identify underperformers and drive performance improvement plans (PIPs).
4 Exit consistently poor performers and replace with stronger hires.
G. Business expansion & consultancy services:
1 Support geographic expansion by setting up operations in new cities.
2 Develop new consultancy-based services (technical audits, waterproofing consultancy, society-level services).
3 Create scalable operational models for high-ticket size projects.
H. Cross-functional collaboration:
1 Work with sales & marketing teams to ensure smooth lead inspection project conversion.
2 Collaborate with product/tech teams for automation & reporting tools.
3 Partner with the finance team for cost control & margin improvement.
