We, at Keiyan MEP, Frontier Furniture & Touchwood, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager from the design field to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge creative vision with operational execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Planning & Coordination:
o Lead project kick-offs, define scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
o Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively.
o Work closely with design leads, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment.
· Team Management:
o Coordinate between multidisciplinary teams including designers, developers, copywriters, and external vendors.
o Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders.
· Client Interaction:
o Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
o Manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
· Quality & Delivery:
o Review deliverables for accuracy and quality before client hand-off.
o Ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and adherence to creative briefs.
· Risk & Issue Management:
o Anticipate potential risks and roadblocks; develop contingency plans.
o Resolve issues proactively and maintain project momentum.
Preferred Qualifications:
ü Experience with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and production.
ü Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
ü Strong knowledge of design workflows, tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
ü 3–7 years of experience in project management within the design/creative industry.
ü Proven experience managing design projects.
ü Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
