About the Role
As a Project Administrator, you will be a vital part of our Digital Projects Team, supporting project administration and tracking progress using our CRM system. You will liaise with team members to obtain daily progress updates and escalate any issues to the relevant Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Track project progress and manage project administration using our CRM system - Microsoft Dynamics 365
Liaise with all team members to obtain daily progress updates.
Escalate any progress-related issues to the relevant Project Manager.
Provide comprehensive progress updates during daily standups.
Skills & Experience
Extensive administration experience in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with the ability to identify issues that may prevent on-time delivery.
Strong attention to detail.
Enjoys working with people to understand their priorities and interpret their progress updates.
Experience working as part of a project team is beneficial.
Ability to provide comprehensive progress updates during daily standups.
