Production Support Engineer – Banking

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as an Analyst & Developer in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in UNIX, Oracle, and SQL/PL SQL technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English to interact with global colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) change implementation within the banking industry.
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and possesses a can-do attitude.
• Strong team player, capable of creating synergy within a collaborative environment.
• Proactive and change-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenging situations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge or experience in Records Management policies and procedures.
• Experience with the following tools is a plus:
• Scheduling tools (AutoSys).
• Ticketing tools (GSNOW).
• Tracking tools (JIRA).
• Version control & collaboration tools (GitLab, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
