Job description
• The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wise Staffing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems.
• Perform emergency unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and schedule maintenance repairs during machine service.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Ideal Candidate:
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Trade certification preferred.
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, 8D, etc.
