Formal procurement/business management qualification
Experience in Government related entities
Minimum 5 years as a procurement lead
Demonstrated experience in contract management
Highly developed negotiation skills
Specific demonstrated experience working within the Queensland Procurement Policy in corporate / project environments (highly desirable)
Proven and effective interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and management.
Extensive management skills with the ability execute deliverables in the operational plan.
Demonstrated strong written communication skills including the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex issues and risks in high level documentation including reports, briefings, business cases and service level agreements.
