Principal Architect

Job Summary:

A Principal Architect is a visionary leader responsible for the strategic direction and design excellence of the firm. This role demands exceptional design skills, business acumen, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of architects and designers. The Principal Architect will be instrumental in shaping the firm's reputation and driving its growth.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the firm's design philosophy and vision.
• Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the firm's market presence.
• Design Excellence: Oversee the design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring projects meet the highest aesthetic and functional standards.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Financial Management: Contribute to the firm's financial success by managing project budgets and profitability.
• Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and building codes.
• Business Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm's services and expertise.

Qualifications:
• Proven track record as a successful architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Extensive experience in managing complex design projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the architecture industry.
• Proficiency in design software and technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum work experience of 10 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,3+7.+7 - ₹73,+27.66 per month
