About the Role
We're looking for a strategic thinker to provide senior expertise and advice on the people and capability aspects of our Identity Services Acceleration Programme (ISAP). This is a unique opportunity to shape how DIA becomes a high-performing organisation and a great place to work.
You'll be working at the intersection of organisational development, change management, talent management, Capability Development, and culture – partnering with senior leaders to build workforce capability that supports our strategic objectives.
What You will Do
Provide trusted advice to senior leaders on people, workforce and capability initiatives
Lead the development and delivery of the ISAP People and Capability workstream
Use data and insights to understand current and future workforce needs
Build effective, trusted relationships across the ISAP Programme team
What We’re Looking for
Prior experience in operating at senior or executive level
Strong background in organisational development and change management
Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform leadership decisions
Comprehensive understanding of organisational development and change management models
Excellent relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills
Advanced strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute plans
