ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power Minimum 6 Years experience in Real Estate in Pre sales is mandatory Should have basic knowledge of MAHARERA Rules and Regulations. Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi Should be able to work with a Team. Knowledge of ERP is a must Preferably Female Candidate Ability to drive site walk ins of Clients and Channel Partners

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Expertise in Promoting the products Good at Customer follow-up Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel) Experience in Brand promotion tele calling would be added advantage Salary range 30,000-45,000 per month.
