Aitech is seeking a skilled PPC Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Qualification & Skills Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Operation or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
Skills/Experience:
• Extensive knowledge of aerospace materials, components, and equipment, including their handling, storage, and transportation requirements.
• Proficiency in production related activities SAP/ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Planning: Developing detailed Production Plans/schedules, deploying the controls and monitoring and working with the Testing, R&D functions to understand orders and plan production.
• Resource management: Ensuring that resources are utilized effectively, and collaborating with departments to ensure resource utilization. (Production Capacity Planning & Production Line Balancing)
• Material /Inventory management: Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, and planning and releasing raw materials and other consumables
• Manufacturing Process: Understanding of Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Time Study, Process Optimization.
• Production: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization targeting to minimize delays
• Reporting: Compiling management reports on overall plant performance, and preparing MIS reports • Production data analysis: Assess and analyze current production methods. Based on Production data, develop and draft an improved production process
• Familiarity with purchasing processes.
• Engineering processes and configuration control: Development of Production documentation (Process Flow charts, Process instructions, Work Instructions, Checklist etc.). Reviewing of Data-package for correctness & completeness
• Quality control: Implementing quality control measures to meet product standards (ISO:+001-2015 – Mandatory, AS+100D - Nice to have). Deploying 5s, Kaizen
• High service awareness.
• MS Office/Productivity Tools,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities within the industry.
• Proficiency in risk management practices, including assessing and mitigating potential risks associated with transportation, storage, and handling of aerospace materials and equipment.
. Ability to analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with packaging standards, materials, and specialized packaging techniques for materials, components, and equipment.
• Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in aerospace manufacturing industries
• Basic Knowledge of Product costing.
• Should be a good team player with good communication skills and able to communicate in English Language.
