We have Full Time & part time opportunities to join a talented, highly motivated and engaged team as a Policy Operations Consultant. Your role is to provide outstanding customer service to both internal & external customers through timely, accurate and efficient processing of all enquiries and tasks within the Operations Team to ensure we are perceived as being flexible, responsive and easy to do business with

This role follows a hybrid working model, which means you'll have the flexibility to work remotely as well as from the office on specific designated days.
