Job Description Summary
The Project Management Analyst provides support services for projects, project managers, project offices or programme offices and helps deliver project tasks and ensures appropriate application of the project management framework. These services are provided to assist the organisation in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of the relevant projects and programmes.
Role:
DWS PMO team will be responsible for End to End Governance around Purchasing Orders, Financial management, Onboarding resources

Key Responsibilities:
• Governance & Standards
• Support the Implementation of governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables
• Work with the PMO manager to develop the Project Standards guide, seeking contributions from Project Managers, QA Team, Engineering Team and APMs to ensure that the Standards meet best practice
• Participate in the automation of PMO processes
• Reporting & MIS
• Automate reports using Macros, deep knowledge on Macros and SharePoint needed
• Preparation of project reports including status reports, RAID logs and project dashboards, tracking and analysis of budgetary information across the full project portfolio
• Extract reporting from dbDataCore/dbClarity to check accuracy and completeness of programme-related data
• Purchase Order creations
• Create the Purchase Requisitions to ensure we have timely PO's available
• End to end co-ordinations until PO is sent out to the vendor
• Participate in the automation of PMO processes
• Develop strong relationships with all project/programme stakeholders.

Skill
• MS excel, Macros, VBA coding
• Financials - Cash and P&L
• Deep understanding of PMO as a function
• Invoicing and governance around it

SOFT SKILLS:
• Articulate and coherent communication, both written and oral. Ability to prioritise, organise and get the job done.
• Capable of being assertive and/or diplomatic when needed.
• Comfortable in communicating with senior management.

Education
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent).
