Play & Events Coordinator

Full job description
Full Spectrum Learn & Play is a small family-owned company that provides enriching learning opportunities to children ages 1-6. We offer open play sessions in our Play Café and also have a fully licensed preschool on site.

Learn & Play Café is looking for a confident leader who has a passion for children and willingness to learn!

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

Strong conversation skills
Patience
Organization and creativity
Love for children & learning
Multitasking ability
Understanding of basic technology
Ability to speak & write at a professional level
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, PPT)
Knowledge of basic marketing techniques, including experience with Canva or AI
Basic moral and ethical knowledge
Experience leading others
Barista experience a plus!
Candidates should:

Be at least 21 years of age with reliable transportation
Have or be willing to obtain a fingerprint clearance card
Have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
Must be willing to complete additional training/certification (paid by company)
Schedule for this position is flexible but candidates should expect to be available:

Monday 8:30am-2:30pm
Wednesday 8:30am-2:30pm
Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm
Compensation is dependent on qualifications and education level. Full Spectrum Learn & Play uses a pay scale which includes opportunity for growth, bonuses, and other incentives.
