Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production and dispatch schedules, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of the facility with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Prepare, analyse, and issue production and performance reports to track key metrics and identify areas for optimisation.
• Collaborate with vendors to efficiently procure raw materials through the timely placement of purchase orders.
• Maintain effective and regular communication with all stakeholders on the client's side to address their production and dispatch needs.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimise equipment downtime and maximise efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in plant operations, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants, particularly in the construction chemicals sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Proven ability to lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
