Baker Bleu is seeking to hire a full-time Pick & Packer to work in its Caulfield North location.

About the role:

This role is a full-time packer position working from 12am-8am. This position requires enthusiasm, an eagerness and willingness to learn and take direction, teamwork, and co-operation with fellow production team members.

Principal Responsibility:
The principal responsibility of this role is to pick and pack. A successful employee will have respect, take pride in learning and perfecting the packing process.
The following responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Thorough understanding of the bread picking and packing process. Support and assist all members of your team whenever and wherever possible.
Execution of the packing orders in a timely and accurate manner for each day.
Assisting in the preparation and pack down for following days packing production.
The ideal candidate:
To be successful in this role you should have previous experience in a packing preferably bakery packing. We pay retail award rates & penalty rates; the salary is an indicative equivalent.
