Photographer / Videographer – Visual Storytelling for Luxury Home Hardware
JOB ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our team and help bring Mantara’s luxury home hardware to life. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a flair for storytelling, and a love for elegant, high-quality visuals. Your work will define the look and feel of our brand across digital platforms, social media, e-commerce, and campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capture high-quality product photographs for our e-commerce platform, showcasing the details, finish, and craftsmanship of each piece.
Plan and execute lifestyle shoots that place our products in aspirational home settings.
Create short-form video content (reels, BTS, product walkthroughs) for social media, website, and campaigns.
Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet Mantara’s visual standards — clean, luxurious, and elegant.
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to align visual content with campaign needs and brand messaging.
Maintain organized visual libraries for digital asset management.
Innovate with props, lighting, composition, and camera angles to keep content fresh and impactful.
Contribute to concept planning, storyboarding, and shot list creation for upcoming projects.

Experience Level – Fresher / Experienced [0–2 years]
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
A visual storyteller who can shoot and edit beautiful, detail-oriented content.
Creative thinker with an understanding of luxury aesthetics and visual balance.
Strong sense of lighting, framing, styling, and visual hierarchy.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with creatives and non-creatives alike.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree/Diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Film, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and editing tools (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
A portfolio showcasing product, lifestyle, or branding shoots.
Proficiency in English (Required).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
