Job Title: Personal Secretary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Secretary to provide executive support to our company's leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Personal Secretary will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication for our executives, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:
• Executive Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
• Communication:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant parties.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.
• Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Keep track of deadlines and follow-up on action items.
• Office Management:
• Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
• Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
• Meeting Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Arrange conference calls and video conferences, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Problem Solving:
• Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
• Provide solutions to challenges and make decisions in the absence of the executive.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
• Freshers can also apply
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
