About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to provide personal care assistance and support services to eligible clients with time limited intervention. Support people with longer-term complex medical conditions to improve their overall health and wellbeing, dental hygiene, and independence in the community.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills including tolerance and respect to the lifestyle and standards of clients
Observe changes in client status and environment, which are of real or potential concern, and have the flexibility to respond quickly and report in a timely manner to appropriate members of the team
Work to a variable roster determined by coordination staff which will require a planned work schedule and to meet deadlines utilising appropriate time management skills
