Qualifications
Proven experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or in a similar role within a busy family environment for 5 plus years (preferably a few in one role)
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
Professional, yet warm and approachable with a nurturing personality
Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing multiple tasks
Cool-headed with a positive attitude and great energy
Open to occasional remote work but capable of being physically present as required
Benefits
$100,000 – $145,000 DOE + stipend for benefits

Full-time position, typically 10 AM – 4 PM or 6 PM, depending on the day and needs

As the Household/Personal Assistant the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the family’s daily activities and household operations run smoothly
In this role you will be an integral part of the family’s life, providing a high level of discretion, organization, and support
This role requires a professional individual who is both nurturing and adaptable, capable of managing various aspects of personal and household needs while maintaining a warm, approachable demeanor
Manage and organize personal schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Oversee confidential information such as Apple ID accounts, and handle private documents
Coordinate and pay bills, including school fees and other expenses
Book and manage travel arrangements for the family, including rebooking and cancellations as necessary
Handle and oversee the purchase and delivery of gifts, products, and supplies for the family
Household Management:
Ensure the smooth operation of the household, including helping managing staff and coordinating with other households
Set up homes in various locations (Brentwood, Colorado, NY) in preparation for family visits, including organizing bedrooms, inventory, gifts, and supplies
Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the Brentwood home while traveling or when the family is away
Assist with packing and organizing for family trips, including ensuring that everything is in order prior to departure
Provide support to the family members, including managing schedules and ensuring that everyone’s needs are met
Manage and coordinate activities and logistics for five children, including handling school-related tasks and coordinating with travel agents

The family is seeking a highly organized and professional Household/Personal Assistant to help streamline daily lives and manage the home efficiently. The current PA, who has been a vital part of the family, is moving on to a new role, and they are seeking someone exceptional to fill her shoes.

As the Household/Personal Assistant the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the family’s daily activities and household operations run smoothly. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
