Job description
The Specialist roles are very important within Navigate, these roles ensure our teams have support at hand when required. This in turn ensures our clients requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner.
· Understand complex payrolls within all clients e.g. Redundancies, Commissions, Legal payments
· Support teams with setup and payment of complex payrolls
· Train and guide new team members on complex payrolls
· Undertake review of new client Payroll and advise on areas of concern during on-boarding
· Ensure compliance against Contracts
· Setup Xero Me etc. where required
· Implement new processes for payroll within new clients e.g. rostering systems, HR integrations etc.
· Support teams when a senior team member is on leave or unavailable
Key Personal Skills:
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to enhance individual and team performance.
- Strong communication skills, working with clients and team members to ensure balance sheets are accurate and clearly understood
- Strong analytical skills, being capable of review and identifying gaps, and suggesting solutions in client balance sheets. Solution thinking, focuses on developing solutions to issues that arise, and ensuring that team members are trained in these solutions.
Education:
B.com, M. Com, Inter CA, CA, CMA
Requirements:
• Payroll Champion
• Complex Payrolls
• Own Payroll in the On-Boarding process.
• An expert in payroll for all countries that Navigate operates in Review & approve selected client Payrolls
• Train new and existing team members in payroll procedures
• Ensure best practice templates are implemented and in use
• Create and run regular training sessions
• Australian Payroll experience will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
