Job Description

Title: Part Time Security Guard

Location: Surrey, BC

Shift: Day, Afternoon, & Overnight

Payrate: $17.+4 per hour

Schedule: Sat - Sun and Thu - Fri

Overview :

Allied Universal is seeking a professional Full Time Security Guard in Surrey, BC As a security guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing security protocols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring effective patrolling and site safety.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
• Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirement:
• Must be atleast 1+ years old.
• Must have a valid BC Security License
• First Aid and CPR
• Access to a reliable vehicle to commute
• Is eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Must be vigilant in monitoring CCTV cameras, for the location.
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
