About Us
Physio K is a friendly, community-focused physiotherapy clinic dedicated to helping people move well and feel their best. We’re looking for someone reliable and welcoming to join our team in a part-time role that combines reception and simple clinic support.

About the Role
This is a straightforward, steady role where you’ll be the friendly face of our clinic and help things run smoothly day to day. No medical or physio background is required — full training will be provided.

The position begins with 1 shift per week, with the possibility of expanding to 2 shifts per week over time.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients and making them feel welcome
Managing phone calls, emails, and appointments
Processing payments and handling basic admin tasks
Keeping treatment rooms tidy and organised
Assisting physiotherapists with simple patient support (no clinical experience needed)

Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and organised
Comfortable with basic computer use
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Someone who lives locally and is looking for a steady, long-term role
