• This position is onsite 5 days a week in Sherman Oaks, CA

Insight Global's client is a well established Workers' Compensation law firm with an excellent reputation for representing injured workers. Since 1+68 they have been part of the community and are seeking a Paralegal.

The ideal candidate is someone with 4-8 years’ of paralegal experience within workers' compensation, with stellar writing skills and a keen ability to analyze cases. If you are passionate about protecting the rights of those injured on the job, we look forward to hearing from you. On a day to day basis this role will involve writing depositions, memos, etc. Compiling briefs and other documents as well as understanding and applying case law. This role does have support from several other paralegals, a file manager, scheduler, and is a very collaborative team.

Compensation:

$40/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education as well as could potentially flex upwards for the right candidate.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
