Job Title: Oracle Exadata & OCI Architecture Expert

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Exadata & OCI Architecture expert to join our team at New-Era-Technology. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex Oracle Exadata and OCI environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Oracle Exadata and OCI architectures for our clients.
• Provide hands-on experience in OCI and ExaCS, including DOMU quarterly and security patching.
• Implement NSG rules, whitelisting, block volume creation, and FSS management.
• Develop and execute Disaster Recovery Planning/Strategy.
• Drive Major Incident calls from an Oracle Infrastructure perspective.
• Scale memory, CPU, and storage on ExaCS as needed.
• Utilize OCI backup utilities effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to define processes and ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities for service delivery improvements and implement process enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with OSB, OEM, and Oracle Backup technologies.

Requirements:
• 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Exadata and OCI architecture.
• Hands-on experience in OCI and ExaCS, including DOMU quarterly and security patching.
• Expertise in disaster recovery planning and strategy.
• Familiarity with NSG implementation, whitelisting, block volume creation, and FSS management.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Linux (Preferred) and other relevant operating systems.
• Ability to drive major incident calls from an Oracle Infrastructure perspective.
• Scaling of memory, CPU, and storage on ExaCS.
• Knowledge of OCI backup utilities and ability to utilize them effectively.
• Excellent collaboration skills with clients to define processes and ensure compliance.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and implementing process enhancements.
