Job Title: Oracle MDM Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle MDM expert to join our team.

As an Oracle MDM expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Oracle MDM databases, conducting in-depth database performance tuning, query optimization, and storage management. You will also support and enhance batch processes, ensuring efficient and reliable data loads and transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Database Management: Manage and optimize Oracle MDM databases with a focus on performance, scalability, and data growth.
• Performance Tuning: Conduct in-depth database performance tuning, query optimization, and storage management.
• Batch Process Support: Support and enhance batch processes, ensuring efficient and reliable data loads and transformations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deliver enhancements aligned with business needs.
• SOA and OSB Integration: Work on SOA and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Data Growth Management: Monitor and manage data growth to prevent system performance degradation.
• Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues in real-time environments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Oracle DBA Experience: Proven expertise as an Oracle DBA with strong experience in Oracle MDM systems.
• Database Optimization: Hands-on experience in database optimization, tuning, and handling large-scale data growth.
• SOA and OSB Knowledge: Solid background in SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
• Batch Processing Optimisation: Strong skills in batch processing optimisation.
• Remote Working: Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fully remote setup.
• Time Zone: Comfortable working Indian business hours (IST time zone).
