Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
At least 1 year experience in Oracle Database Administrator

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Database Administrator. This Candidate will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency for database management.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 1 year experience in Oracle Database Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle 11g/12c/1+c.
• Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options.
• Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory.
• Upgrade Oracle DB to 1+c.
• Performance tuning 11g/12c/1+c.
• OEM install and monitoring configuration.
• RAC & ASM installation and configuration.
• Good knowledge in UNIX and shell scripting.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
