Operations Finance Manager Senior

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Finance Manager to join our team at Bionano. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide strategic support to Commercial, Operations, and Finance leaders, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, operations finance, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing month-end financial close activities, developing and managing annual operating plans, and serving as a financial business partner to the Operations team.

Develop and manage annual operating plans for manufacturing spend, gross margin, OpEx, and CapEx.
Perform standard cost roll, including developing cost standards for materials, overhead, and labor rates.
Oversee physical inventory counts, coordinating inventory cut-off testing, and serve as liaison for external audits.
