• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, government bodies, educational institutions, and industry leaders.
• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Monitor the progress of training programs and ensure they are delivered as per the planned objectives.
• Prepare reports on program outcomes, learner progress, and other metrics for review by senior management and NSDC.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
• Ensure that all training activities and programs adhere to the quality standards set by NSDC and other relevant authorities.
• Keep abreast of new regulations and policies in skill training and development introduced by the government.
• Apply to all tenders related to skill training on tender sites.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of the skill development sector and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
