Job Location: Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh

Daily Office / Sites Coordination: Work closely with site supervisors and the design team to ensure that the setup & if any breakdowns happens at locations, then executed according to the project timeline and company expectations.

Logistics Planning: Coordinate logistics for the transportation & ensuring that all arrive on time and in excellent condition.

Strategic planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and objectives for administrative and facilities management.
• Prepare daily reports for internal tracking and analysis
• Implement safety protocols.
• Create / Ensure SOP fulfilment and coordinate regular partner trainings.
• Managing all the invoices and related issues for assigned services.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, vendor management & coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
