Operations Executive

Position: Client Relations & Operations Executive (Raipur)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA (₹18,000 per month)

Training/Probation Period: 1 month mandatory training before formal joining.

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and well-communicated Client Relations & Operations Executive for Raipur. The role requires proactive communication skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage confidently with high-level authorities, including 5-star hotels, to pitch and discuss partnerships.
• Resolve disputes between shopkeepers and customers in a professional manner.
• Handle customer queries via email and draft appropriate responses.
• Convince shopkeepers to offer deals and permissions for screen placements in their outlets.
• Onboard and connect with local vendors, including vegetable sellers (sabzi vendors) and milk delivery service providers (dairy vendors), to expand our platform.
• Work closely with the delivery manager to address customer complaints.
• Maintain a calm and tactful approach when facing challenging situations.
