Content Analyst at TravClan is a key role that focuses on updating and managing pricing and data using tools like Excel, fixing data errors, and creating reports to enhance sales and improve user experience. Ideal for those who are detail-oriented and organized.

What we are looking for:

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Content Operations at TravClan is closely related to business operation. Hence in this role, you have to work in operations for first 3 - 6 months.
• End to end manage all and keep all the pricing and fulfillment data updated on our system by working on excel / internal tools.
• Identify and correct data / pricing errors and data sanity issues.
• Create industry leading content backed by data and customer preferences to drive more sales.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize offerings and improve the portal experience
• Check if you fit in the role-

You Must-
• Be proficient in working with data / excel (e.g., Indexmatch, Multiple match, IF statements, Pivot Tables)
• Be detail oriented and patient to ensure all our pricing and content is

This role is not ideal for someone who is-
• not okay in working in operations for 3-6 months.
• not enjoy working on excel / spend majority of time on working with data.
• does not have strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)
• not comfortable with long working hours i.e. 10 - 12 hours daily

The Recruitment Process:
• Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
• Group Discussion: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30-minute group discussion round.
• Technical Task: A technical task related to the excel and data analysis.
• Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
• Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.

Important Points:
• Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
• Work Timings - +:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
