Full job description
Job Title: Operations Analyst (Part-Time)

Location: Near Lambton College, Mississauga

Hourly Rate: 20-25 CAD per hour

Job Type: Part-time, with weekend hours (10-12 hours)

Expected Start Date: Immediate

We are a dynamic educational company focused on delivering top-quality learning resources to students. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst who is fluent in Microsoft Excel, with a keen ability to learn quickly and efficiently manage operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently print and organize homework worksheets, labels, and shipping documents.
Manage the timely and accurate shipping of worksheets to students and educational partners.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and track inventory to ensure consistent workflow.
Assist in other operations-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience in operations, accounting, paralegal, office administration or a similar field is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
