Operational Excellence Executive | U-+81

Management, Business Administration, Operations Excellence, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Operations Management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement Methodologies; Certification preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data analysis, and use of relevant software/tools.
Exposure of Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 practices.
