Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· Order Management: Manage and oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
· Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.
· Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate favourable terms for procurement.
· Transportation Management: Efficiently plan and coordinate transportation for shipments, choosing the most cost-effective and reliable options.
· Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, to optimize space utilization and minimize operational errors.
· Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high service standards and reduce discrepancies.
· Cost Control: Work on cost reduction strategies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
· Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and predict future trends.
· Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards, including customs, environmental, and occupational safety requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or any related field.
· 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
