Job Description

Requirement-

Minimum 2 to 3 years

Must have experience in handling VC transactions independently

Work experience in a law firm is mandatory
• Responsibility-

Structureing transactions

Drafting and negotiating term sheets,share subcriptions Agreements,Share purchase agreements,Shareholder's Agreements,Co founders's agreements,ESOP plocis and advisory stocks amongst others

Conducting legal and compliance due diligence of startups

closing formalities for transactions
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Experience:

- PE/VC,Mergers Acquisitions: 4 years (preferred)
