Opd & Ipd Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, discharges, and transfers between OPD and IPD.
- Communicate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth patient care.
- Keep accurate patient records and assist with billing.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information on treatments and services.
- Track patient progress and report updates as needed.
- Follow hospital rules and safety guidelines.
- Work with other departments (labs, pharmacy, radiology) to ensure efficient care.
- Help manage patient flow to avoid delays and improve bed usage.
- Support medical staff and help resolve patient-related concerns.
• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or Administration
