Qualifications
Proven admin or assistant experience
Ability to remain sitting at workstation for prolonged periods of time
Ability to manage multi-line switchboard
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

High-level of effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organization and time management skills
At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Proficiency in MS Office
Intermediate typing skills
Intermediate skills with the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Ability to work with essential mathematical operations, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to apply operations noted in routine tasks

Responsibilities
This position includes responsibilities and courtesies necessary for greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, efficient direction of incoming telephone communications, and performance of miscellaneous duties requested by various departments, in compliance with the goals, standards and expectations of the company for quality customer service
Provide general support to visitors and team members
Coverage of reception desk
Develop and maintain a filing system
Perform miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned by various departments
Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
Handle multiple projects (assisting mills with printing labels, laminating)
Sorting scanned documents by document numbers and storing them in correct electronic folders
Process daily mail/UPS/Fed Ex (incoming and outgoing)
Assist Human Resources (NHO)
Assist Billing Manager (WFAN) with delivery tickets from each mill
Other additional support duties as needed

Position Summary

What your day looks like:
