Job Title: Store PeonJob Description:

The Store Peon is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the store, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and providing support to staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing merchandise. Help with regular stock checks and inventory updates to ensure accuracy.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store, including shelves, storage areas, common spaces, and washrooms. Perform routine dusting and cleaning duties.

Customer Assistance:
Greet customers courteously and assist them with basic inquiries, or guide them to the appropriate staff member for further support.

Support Staff Duties:
Provide assistance to store employees with various tasks such as carrying items, preparing displays, and helping with daily store operations.

Delivery Coordination:
Assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles. Ensure items are handled with care and stored properly.

Record Keeping:
Help in maintaining accurate records related to inventory, supplies, and other store-related data.

Refreshments Preparation:
Prepare basic refreshments such as Maggi, sandwiches, coffee, tea, etc., as and when required by staff or visitors.

General Housekeeping:
Carry out general cleaning and dusting duties, ensuring the store premises remain tidy and presentable at all times.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills: Good communication skills; ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry items; should be physically fit to handle store duties.
Experience: Previous experience in a retail or store environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
