Office Manager/EA

Your new company
Great opportunity to join a well-established organisation based in the Sutherland Shire.

Your new responsibilities include:
Managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised
Ordering of supplies and equipment as needed
Point person for facilities & general maintenance in the office
Assist with developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures and efficiencies
Establish, organise and monitor office operations
Manage internal staff relations
Update compliance
Assist the sales team
EA support to CEO
Organise events
Diary management

What you'll need to succeed
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
A friendly and approachable personality
Good eye for details and be able to work well under pressure
Personable, confident and assertive
Intermediate MS Office skills
