Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the smooth functioning of daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Handle customer orders from online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, as well as offline sources
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure timely restocking
• Manage accounts, generate invoices, and ensure proper financial record-keeping
• Address customer issues and respond to reviews with professionalism and empathy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
