Job Title: Office Helper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Helper to support the daily operations of our office. The Office Helper will ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained while assisting with routine clerical and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Office Maintenance:
• Clean and maintain office spaces, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure the availability of office supplies such as stationery, refreshments, and toiletries.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Deliver documents and files to different departments as needed.
• Logistical Tasks:
• Handle office errands, such as collecting and delivering packages or supplies.
• Set up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, and preparing refreshments.
• General Support:
• Assist staff with miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Monitor inventory and report any shortages.
• Make a tea for office staff.

Requirements:
• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of office operations and maintenance.
• Good physical stamina to handle cleaning and lifting tasks.
• Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Polite and professional attitude.

Work Schedule:
• +:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Compensation:
• 8K to 10K per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
