Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Location: Vashi Sector 17, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Admin / Office Manager

Job Summary

The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, and assisting staff members with basic office duties. The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, management, and visitors.
Handle pantry stock and ensure timely refilling of supplies.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks as directed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier services.
Go outside the office for bank work, deposit cheques, or deliver documents when required.
Ensure all office equipment is clean and well-maintained.
Assist in regular office maintenance and arranging small repairs.
Support the admin team in basic office operations.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Requirements

Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)
Prior experience as Office Boy/Peon/Helper is an advantage
Basic understanding of office operations
Good hygiene and discipline
Ability to follow instructions and handle tasks responsibly
Polite and professional behaviour
Working Hours

9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
[Weekly off details] Sunday
Salary Range

10,000 to 15000/- per month

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,636.64 per month
