WE ARE HIRING – Office Boy

Work location : Egmore, Chennai

Timings : 08:00 am to 06:30 pm / OR 10:00 am to 08.30 pm.

Experience : 1–5 years

Age : 24-35

Role Responsibilities;

Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.

Deliver and retrieve documents for staff (filing, photocopying, etc.).

Serve tea, coffee, and snacks to staff and visitors.

Assist in basic administrative and clerical work (printing, scanning, correspondence).

Manage office supplies and pantry restocking.

Run errands like depositing cheques, handling post-office work, and purchasing supplies.

Greet and assist visitors politely.

Support additional office tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience preferred; training can be provided.

Reliable, punctual & trustworthy; good communication and organizational skills.

Two-wheeler with valid license is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
