Office Assistant / Office Boy

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance
Ensure the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas, are clean and well-maintained.
Manage waste disposal and recycling activities.
Restock office supplies and pantry items.
Clerical Support
Deliver and collect documents, packages, and files within or outside the office as required.
Photocopy, scan, and file documents when instructed.
Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Hospitality and Refreshments
Serve tea, coffee, and snacks to staff and visitors.
Manage the pantry area and ensure utensils are clean and available.
Errand Running
Perform errands such as purchasing office supplies, collecting parcels, or depositing checks as needed.
Miscellaneous Support
Assist staff during meetings and events with setup and cleanup.
Provide support to departments as requested for ad-hoc tasks.
Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Basic understanding of office operations.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Physically fit and capable of lifting light to moderate loads.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
