Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to perform various administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, running errands, and assisting staff with daily office needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle office errands, including delivering and collecting documents.
Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Help set up meeting rooms and ensure they are properly arranged.
Handle minor maintenance tasks and report any facility-related issues.
Assist in mail distribution and other clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of office etiquette and hygiene practices.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Polite, punctual, and presentable.
Basic communication skills in [required language(s)].
